Corporate Account Agreement

1. Payment and Pricing

ICS Book A Limo requires payment in full upon service or upon receipt of invoice.

Clients are quoted an all-inclusive price with STC charges and 20% gratuity when placing a reservation.

Clients will receive final price notification after actual completion of service which will reflect any changes to the original booking price for additional fees and services.

2. Trip Vouchers

The Applicant hereby agrees that it is the passenger's responsibility to collect a copy of the trip voucher directly from the chauffeur at the end of each chauffeured service trip.

3. Cancellation Policy

Each reservation is governed by the cancellation policy shown for that specific booking. The Applicant hereby agrees that cancellation, late-cancellation, and no-show charges will be applied in accordance with the cancellation policy for the individual reservation.

4. Past-Due Accounts

ICS Book A Limo reserves the right to refuse service to accounts that are in arrears and to charge the back-up credit card on file for any amounts past due.

5. Card Authorization

The Applicant hereby authorizes ICS Book A Limo to make charges to the credit card listed in the application or any other credit card provided by the Applicant at a future date.

6. Collection Costs and Authority

The Applicant further agrees to reimburse ICS Book A Limo for all legal fees and other expenses related to collecting any and all outstanding invoices for this account.

By checking "I agree," the Applicant agrees to all of the above terms and authorizes ICS Book A Limo to obtain credit references provided with the application or during account review.

By submitting this application, the Applicant represents that the person accepting this Agreement has the legal authority to enter into this Corporate Account Application and Agreement.
