ICS has two million dollars umbrella insurance coverage that includes things like flight and luggage endorsements. However, our experienced management has yet to file a single claim over the hundreds of thousands of rides we’ve provided.
Data Protection
All of our System data are encrypted and all our servers are USB and copy/paste disabled. We monitor our network 24/7 and use some of the best firewalls features available.
Secure Office
Our office is 100% secure. We occupy an entire floor of a keyed elevator building that is under 24/7 surveillance. All of our staff, including the maintenance team, is held to a strict confidentiality agreement.
Drug Test
ICS and its partner chauffeurs must submit to random drug and alcohol tests.
Care
Our chauffeurs schedules are monitored daily and rest hours are strictly enforced.
Background Check
ICS chauffeurs servicing NY, NJ, and CT must be licensed by the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission which includes fingerprinting and a national background check.
Police Records Check
National and International drivers must provide local DMV and police records every 3 months.
Quality Control
ICS conducts Quality Control rides (“Ghost Rides”) on a regular basis to ensure our vehicles are safe, clean and well maintained.
